In the '80's, while travelling the Orient I became aware of Feng Shui
and its relevance to the modern world. Creating harmony in our environment
ensures that we can work with, rather than against, the energy surrounding
us. My work is designed to enable harmony to filter into the simplest of
interiors, spaces where traditional eastern symbolism might not be appropriate.
My paintings invite people to share my positive experience of life.
They achieve harmony without being obtrusive and help people to "walk the
middle path".
I have studied many schools of Feng Shui thought but always return to the
Black Hat Method. I have always found it to achieve excellent results and
it's extremely tangible, enabling individuals to work with what they have
until the time comes to move on. |
